At AUREN , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain attached and intact.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or available item:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another available item of equal value or request a refund, subject to our policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
